Original Commentary
"A fiscal report of my personal life" would be a good title for YSIF book 4. Sorry. It's been a long day and this is the twelfth piece of commentary I've written today - Terrence Modern Commentary
Regarding the original commentary, we only released three You Say it First books. I've got the files set up for book four; we called it "Of Friends and Coffee". I'm 95% sure that we never printed it.
Selling the books ourselves was kind of a hassle; we had tried a lot of storefront websites and didn't care for the ones available at the time. We had sent some books to Cold Cut, a comic book distributor at the time, never heard back beyond that they had received the books. I probably should have been more persistent about following up. But we never got paid and we weren't about to do more business with them after that - Terrence Tuesday, December 20th 2005 - [477]Looking forward to the New Year (14 of 48)
Original Commentary
This is, I believe, the second time in the comic that they've met face to face - Terrence Modern Commentary
Ms. Taylor is doing this on company time because this way she has authority over Kimberly. She hasn't been a mother to Kimberly for years. But as company president, she can give orders.
Kimberly isn't falling for it. - Terrence Wednesday, December 21st 2005 - [478]Looking forward to the New Year (15 of 48)
Original Commentary
Things like this are, of course, the reason why this is the second time they've met face to face in the last several years - Terrence Modern Commentary
Yeah, true but not helpful.
If you gave Mr. Taylor money, he'd just invest it in a shady business. Then, on the off chance that that investment paid off, he'd invest his earnings in a different shady business.. - Terrence Thursday, December 22nd 2005 - [479]Looking forward to the New Year (16 of 48)
Original Commentary
Does Kimberly consider herself warped? No. Deep down, she thinks she's being reasonable. Of course, deep down, everyone thinks they're reasonable. But Kimberly thinks her mother thinks she's warped. Is Kimberly right about that? Well, her mother has been taking responsibility for Kimberly's actions and, by doing so, dismissing them - Terrence Modern Commentary
I mean, Kimberly isn't wrong. But here you've got two folks waiting for the other to reach out. It's the title of the comic. - Terrence Friday, December 23rd 2005 - [480]Looking forward to the New Year (17 of 48)
Original Commentary
There is a good deal of amount of information about Mr. and Ms.Taylor's marriage and divorce that needs to be finalized and read into the record eventually. This gives you a decent idea of what it was like, though - Terrence Modern Commentary
I was still ironing out the details of Kimberly's parents' history, but this holds true.
But I really like this comic. Ms. Taylor knows Kimberly better than Kimberly would like to be known.

Original Commentary
What this comic says isn't as important as what it hints at: Ongoing communication between Kimberly's parents and Kimberly's mother keeping tabs on her. This contradicts Kimberly's assumptions about her mother and in any other circumstances, she'd ask about this - Terrence Modern Commentary
We always wanted to keep things open between Mr. and Ms. Taylor. They can't get along with each other, but that's not going to stop them. - Terrence
