Does Kimberly really think the Adams family isn't good? Not really, no. She may not like how they seemed to have more or less abandoned Brisbane, but at the moment she is far more interested in hurting Sofia. Does she realize that anything Kimberly says about Sofia's family also reflects on Brisbane? In the back of her mind, a little, yes. But right now she's more interested in making Sofia as mad as possible- yet neither girl wants to show uncalmness in front of Brisbane. After all, both girls want Brisbane on their side, yet each girl has a claim to him in their own way. If Brisbane had to choose between his baby sister and his girlfriend, I think his head would implode.-Isabel

Yeah, this isn't a fight that they ought to have on Brisbane and Kimberly's first day of living together.

But seriously, it sounds like Kimberly is insulting Brisbane. But again, he ghosted her for a few weeks there and there's going to be a little lingering bitterness there. - Terrence

Isabel suggested that we put a few creatures like Brent in the Grover Hills Animal Shelter. I thought it was a great idea, but it would've been a lot of extra work and it was really late. So there are other creatures like him - we haven't named his species yet - but they're in another building. The noise that a pack of them make would scare the fishes - Terrence

Modern Commentary
So, we hadn't come up with the name "brant" for those creatures yet. And the animal shelter featured goldfish with comically large pet collars.

Grover Hills was a donor-only comic that ran on NamirDeiter.net. Its characters have turned up elsewhere occasionally. Tom and Cassie showed up in Namir Deiter; Blue was crushing on Tom before finding out he was married. Tom and Cassie are also Avery's grandparents over in Nicole and Derek.

Rue, Grover Hills' female lead, is Derek's teacher Mrs. Rockwell over in the future world of Nicole and Derek. - Terrence

Poor Brisbane... I'm sure he secretly wished that Brent wouldn't like Sofia... then it would be matter of matter that Brent doesn't like anyone but Kimberly, but now he sees Brent likes everyone but Brisbane. Whatever Brent is, it's kind don't let go of grudges very easily. -Isabel

Brants can be the cutest things when they want to. Especially if you have snacks. Sofia might have snacks.
