Original Commentary

It's been a long, long time since I've drawn a "camera inside the locker looking out" point of view... I really miss it. That's what happens when the main characters grow up and leave High School... but I'm sure Cerise and Daisy will grow up one day and have those camera angles to.

When did this turn into ND commentary...? Or IS IT ND commentary? Or not? Maybe I'm plotting a great evil merger of evil? Or I'm pulling your chains. Either way, I'm just full of tangents today, aren't I? Or am I just being a jerk- it's hard for me to tell these days...

That's the Nuggets Electronics (and electric Cafe)'s staff locker room... built after the shop lifters found their way into the employee lounge and took off with everyone's purses. -Isabel

Modern Commentary
So Cerise and Daisy did grow up! And they're secretly dating!

But we never showed their lockers. Heck, for the first year or so of Nicole and Derek, we didn't even show Cerise. - Terrence

Original Commentary

originally, Robert was going to be a bit apprehensive about taking Brisbane's gift- like he has not thought of getting him something and was (extremely) quickly re-gifting something. But the more I thought about it, the less like Robert's style it seemed.

I'm not sure if getting each other the same gifts make them really good friends who know each other's likes, or they just got each other something they wanted for themselves. Either way, really. -Isabel

Modern Commentary
Because of inflation, they'd have to get each other a $35 giftcard these days. I think they're in that awkward level where $20 isn't quite enough but $50 is too much.

But it's good that they regard each other equally. - Terrence

Original Commentary

Ah, nightgowns. The old Christmas standby. Can't go wrong with a nice flannel nightgown. And yes, the fact that Kimberly had Brisbane deliver the present to her mother is pretty standard for the Taylor family - Terrence

Modern Commentary
Ms. Taylor's reasons are "It gets cold at night here" and "If I'm in the tropics, I won't have to wear this".

Not that she was going to wear it either way - Terrence
