Original Commentary

We couldn't decide what to do for Valentine's Day so we've got a week of one-shots. So, is Kimberly just off-panel in a nightie? Perhaps. It is kinda out of character. Maybe she thought Sofia had already left. Or maybe Sofia just wanted to distract Brisbane - Terrence

Modern Commentary
I mean, Brisbane will have a much better time tonight if he goes and tells Kimberly that Sofia has left and won't be back any time soon.

He must really worry about his sister, since he's not trying to rush her out the door... - Terrence

Original Commentary

originally I was going to try to make a continuing story arc, but didn't really feel Valentine's day warranted two weeks (because it's really hard for me to write a coherent three comic arc these days). So, instead three one shot comics that give a glimpse into what everyone is doing today instead. Poor Jane... she never gets a day off (or a 15 minute break, it seems). -Isabel

Modern Commentary
Nowadays you can get glow-in-the-dark cables. You can get light-up USB cables even; if those existed back then they were a lot rarer and more expensive.

I'm not sure if the idea of such a thing amused us or if we were just tired of not being able to find our cables in the dark - Terrence

Lounge Guys
Lola

Original Commentary

Originally, we were not sure who should get the last and third one-shot spot... I had originally thought of doing a Mr. and Miz Taylor comic (where she went to see him). I had actually suggested the Lounge Guys as a joke. But, in the end, they were the ones I went with. Only 3 comics till comic 800. -Isabel

Modern Commentary
Lost comic!

Seriously, this comic didn't get included in our archive file, somehow. Not sure what happened there.

I think Lola would have been just as happy if it had stayed gone Terrence
