In all honesty, she's right. The guy's had a long career and worked with hundreds of people. Doesn't make it any easier on Brisbane, though - Terrence

I have to agree with Isabel on this. If you emailed me a few times ten years ago, I'd probably need to review my email or get a few hints. I'm not proud of that and I appreciate everyone who reached out to me. But it was very much a bigger deal to Brisbane than it was to Mike or his secretary - Terrence
