And discovering what those qualities are is how he grows throughout the comic. The answer, though, is that he's good with people. He can connect with them, understand what they need, and help them. So he could be pretty funny in a one-on-one conversation but that absolutely does not scale up.

So, how many people worked full-time at the Minerva Theatre and how many of them are looking for entry-level jobs in the immediate area? Some of them, obviously. Richard and Sinclair show up again in a few years. I think Brisbane is just easily discouraged, but he might have seen one or two familiar faces around during his job search.- Terrence
