Original Commentary

I ended up making a small change to the script, in panel three Lola had said he got banned last night, but in the comics I had made it all the same day. Yeah, I screwed up... but in my defense, there were no times indicated and at least I hadn't written it... if I had and had forgotten that it was a new day, I would have looked really stupid... not just plain old stupid.

I think this arc speaks volumes about Kimberly and Lola and their friendship... they really do have one. Kimberly doesn't just let anyone trick her into things. Although I'm sure there will be some kind of small revenge on Kimberly's part done... maybe she'll be late with rent, or some other mild annoyance.-Isabel

Modern Commentary
Why international monetary policy? I don't have anything interesting or controversial to say about it and neither do you, probably. And even if you did, what are you going to do about it?

First off, we didn't want to start a flamewar on our own board. Second, we wanted to remind folks that this comic wasn't quite set in America. I'm not going to pretend that we've created a full-bodied foreign nation. But every so often we like to remind people that it's a bit different here.

Also, that's so Lola, to forget to tell Kimberly that her homework has been cancelled. - Terrence
